Pop-Up Run:  
the athletic version of a plot twist

A Pop-Up Run is a little something we've designed for Southeast Idaho to keep running interesting.

• It follows a specific theme.

• Every year the theme changes.

• We host one a year.

• Pop-Up Runs will always be a bit quirky.

• You will receive a finisher's medal at the first Pop-up Run you complete.  Then, for each Pop-Up Run after that, you will receive a finisher's pin.  Collect your pins on your medal ribbon like merit badges.
